Jesse Paul & Co. Attorneys-at-Law is a full-service law firm at 10 Rushworth Street, San Fernando. Founded in 2020 by Jesse David Paul, the firm today operates with a team handling matters that range from straightforward property transfers to civil litigation before the Court of Appeal.
The firm was founded on a particular conviction: that South Trinidad deserved a practice combining the rigour of a senior commercial firm with the accessibility of a local one. That conviction has not changed. What has changed is the work — broader practice areas, more clients across T&T, and an active base of overseas clients who require T&T counsel for matters back home.
The firm’s reputation has been built one client at a time.

We tell clients when they have a strong case, and when they do not. We do not pursue matters we believe have no merit, and we do not promise outcomes we cannot deliver. Plain assessment is the foundation of everything else we do.

Beyond client work, the firm is engaged with initiatives that expand access to legal services across Trinidad and Tobago. Founder Jesse David Paul serves on the External Attorney Panel of the Legal Aid and Advisory Authority (LAAA), providing pro bono representation to clients who could not otherwise afford legal counsel.
Mr Paul is also actively involved with the Trinidad and Tobago Blind Welfare Association and the Women’s Institute for Alternative Development (WINAD) Legal Committee. These commitments are not symbolic. They shape how the firm serves clients in day-to-day practice.
